Rules for safe, lawful and responsible use of the VaultCEO platform and related services.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of VaultCEO and all related services provided by AHCD GLOBAL LLC FZ ("VaultCEO", "we", "our", or "us").

This policy is designed to protect our customers, infrastructure, systems, and services from misuse, abuse, and unlawful activity.

All users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

Purpose

VaultCEO is intended exclusively for legitimate business, financial planning, treasury management, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance activities.

Users may only use the platform in accordance with applicable laws, industry regulations, contractual obligations and these Terms and Policies.

Authorized Use

Users may use VaultCEO to perform the following activities.

  • Manage cash flow forecasts
  • Track receivables and payables
  • Monitor treasury balances
  • Manage commitments
  • Analyze business performance
  • Generate financial reports
  • Collaborate with authorized team members

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use VaultCEO for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purpose.

Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, access systems belonging to other customers, bypass authentication controls, circumvent security measures or probe or scan systems without authorization.

Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer the platform, decompile software, copy proprietary functionality, attempt to recreate VaultCEO products or extract source code.

This restriction applies except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Malicious Software

You may not upload, distribute, or transmit malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware or malicious scripts.

Network Abuse

Users may not perform denial-of-service attacks, conduct automated attacks, disrupt infrastructure, generate excessive traffic or abuse APIs.

Credential Abuse

Users may not share credentials with unauthorized individuals, purchase or sell accounts, impersonate other users or use stolen credentials.

Data Misuse

You may not harvest customer information, scrape data, export data without authorization, attempt to access another organization’s records or use customer information unlawfully.

Fraudulent Activity

VaultCEO may not be used to facilitate financial fraud, accounting fraud, money laundering, deceptive practices, identity theft, misrepresentation or similar unlawful activity.

Illegal Content

Users may not upload or distribute content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, promotes illegal activities or contains unlawful material.

Fair Usage

VaultCEO may impose reasonable limits to ensure platform stability. Customers may not attempt to bypass such limitations.

  • Storage limits
  • User limits
  • Import limits
  • Export limits

Third-Party Integrations

Users are responsible for ensuring that integrations connected to VaultCEO are lawfully used, do not compromise security and do not violate agreements with third parties.

VaultCEO is not responsible for misuse of third-party integrations.

Security Reporting

If you discover a security issue, vulnerability, or suspicious activity, please notify us immediately at security@vaultceo.com or support@vaultceo.com.

Good-faith security research conducted responsibly will not be considered a violation of this Policy.

Monitoring & Enforcement

VaultCEO reserves the right to investigate activities that may violate this Policy.

Where permitted or required by law, we may review security events, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove content, terminate services or report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in warning, notification requesting corrective action, temporary suspension, permanent termination for severe violations or legal action where applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that employees, contractors and invited users comply with this Policy and that internal access is managed appropriately.

Organizations are responsible for activity occurring within their workspaces.

Changes to this Policy

VaultCEO may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically.

Continued use of the Services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
